ENA San Antonio Chapter will be throwing a white elephant party at the Outback Steakhouse on Dec 10. Please contact Janet Pena to RSVP before Dec. 6.

The San Antonio ENA (SAENA) strives each year to bring quality education to our region to enhance the patient care delivery by our nurses. It is our intention that emergency nurses are certified in that delivery to enhance the quality of care for our community and patients. From 2012-2015 the SAENA provided more than 837 hours of continuing education including certification review courses. In 2015, we continued to expand educational opportunities for our members and regional nurses by increasing our annual educational conference to 2½ days and providing skill workshops, a cadaver lab and emergency department and pre-hospital lectures. In 2016, the expansion continues and the conference will include Emergency, Critical Care and Pre-hospital topics. We hope that each of you take advantage of these opportunities to advance professionally as well as grow personally.
